The review is for the app. Why would anyone use the app to order food knowing they will pay a 6% fee just to use the app? Why isn’t this mentioned in the app description or before the final step of check out? Because it’s a hidden, we hope you don’t notice, fee. The fee description, click the little (i) at checkout, is vague about the charge and doesn’t mention the percentage. Order a meal using just your Fantastic Cash rewards. There’s no charge for the food, no tax and you still have to pay the 6% fee. Absurd.
