I appreciate sound and what it can do for the mind and body. What I don’t appreciate is an app that won’t connect me to my account, thus cannot use it, and/or are required to consistently ‘reset’ my password, which still wouldn’t access my account… network issues it said. So then I get charged $79, yup. $79 for not being able to use the app. And then service telling me it’s policy we cannot offer a refund. There are better options out there and better companies that have policies geared toward the customer. Not overcharging.

Read the fine print, app subscription price goes up over 100% after the intro 3 months and they don’t send any reminder that you will be billed. When I tried to cancel and request a refund on the day of the charge, they state members must cancel no less than 48hrs before the renewal date. I do not see this in their terms agreement. Lastly, beyond poor customer service I’d say the app itself is meh. Nothing great. I tried several of the sounds and really the only one that didn’t sound grating to me was the sleep one. But that isn’t worth $31 and certainly not worth $79! Don’t buy!
