Fuelling Science, Built In Find's calorie cycling engine adjusts your daily targets around your training load. It syncs with Strava for real activity data, scales carb and protein targets with session intensity, and delivers evidence-based fuelling guidance covering pre, during and post workout, grounded in published sports nutrition research (Thomas et al., Jeukendrup, ISSN). Race day? Find builds a full fuelling plan including gels, hydration and race-drink targets, surfacing it as a countdown in the week before your event.

Work With Your Coach Connect a personal trainer directly inside the app. Your coach can review your daily nutrition and logged data, set custom calorie and macro targets that override your baseline in real time, sync training sessions into your calendar, and message you, all without leaving Find.
