See the opposite of your iPhone's clock format at a glance. If your phone shows 12-hour, the widget shows 24-hour — and the other way round. It follows your system setting automatically, so there is nothing to keep in sync.

The city database is built into the app. Searching it needs no network, so Alt Time works in Airplane Mode, on a plane, or with no signal at all. Nothing is uploaded, because there is nowhere for it to go.
