DevBox is a complete local development environment for iPhone and iPad: write PHP, Node.js, and Python, run it on real bundled runtimes, and preview the result offline.

Everything works on the device itself. Start a local server, watch the request logs, open the built-in WebKit preview next to your code, and iterate — on the train, on a plane, wherever.

What you get:

• Code editor with syntax highlighting for PHP, JavaScript, and Python, find & replace, and a keyboard bar with brackets, quotes, and operators • Local PHP, Node.js, and Python dev servers with live stdout and request logs • Real terminal with command history and scrollback — run scripts, package managers, and git commands • Git and GitHub: clone, commit, branch, push, and pull over HTTPS or SSH • MariaDB (MySQL-compatible) database server running locally, with phpMyAdmin bundled and already wired up • Composer, npm, and pip — real installs with real output in the terminal • AI assistant: generate a project from a prompt, refactor files, improve code, add comments • Per-project files, dependencies, and server settings • Files app integration: open files from iCloud Drive, FTP, and SSH providers

Everything runs offline. An internet connection is needed only for package installs, git remotes, and the AI assistant.
