I hope this works and it’s free. Apple needs to add this kind of stuff on your phone for free and they should be protecting our information when we purchase a phone or put an Apple VPN on the phones for free. Y’all make to much money off your phones and other Apple devices for free because these phones aren’t cheap and our phones should be protected by Apple with they purchase and the life of your phone. These phones are getting more expensive every year and we should get my phone protected for free like they do with credit cards, and now our drivers license. Y’all should have something on my phone to tell if it real or a scam. Then when we do get scammed we still gotta pay for my phone because my phone was compromised. Then you don’t want to use your phone that you still have to pay for. If that happens ya’ll need your IT to fix it for free and if they can’t I want a new phone. Apple has the most expensive phones that are not being protected by the company. So could ya’ll fix that issue and I will be satisfied. The last phone company I dealt with was a fraud and scam and now they have my information. That’s why your phone should be protected and not have to pay anything. Invest in your consumers so that way you will have great morale, your employees and the consumers will be happy. That’s why a lot of companies fail because they don’t invest in their employees or consumers. Me as the consumer would get you a lot of business, I would be very happy with my services and the consumers are always right but ya’ll seem to don’t think that we are. Especially now everything is so expensive and Apple needs to lower their phone prices because cellphones is now the only thing we have to have to stay in contact with love ones. I have health problems and I have to have a phone. Let Verizon know that I would like them to pay the rest off my phone off a what I owe so I can trade my phone in for the fantastic phone, IPad bundle that I want and need. I don’t want to go through Xfinity anymore because they were not up front with me and the lied to me about getting my iPhone bill free for one year and so now I am paying my cell phone and I shouldn’t have to. So I am emailing the owner today to let him know that I was lied to about my getting free cellphone service for a year.
