This place his horrid. So much, but I’ll start with the literally the most important part of a vacation: the housing. To put it shortly, it is horrid. Our first 2 days, my family was placed in a standard Greek style villa that was falling apart. AC unit in one bedroom was broken and living room roof was LEAKING. A few hours later, we tried to use the wash machine and guess what, it started leaking. And then, when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, the dry roof in the bathroom LITERALLY falls down and covers all my families toiletries. Then, as we slept, more roof paint fell on our cloths and beds as we slept. I can literally not make this stuff up. If that isn’t enough to convince you, I don’t know what will but I got some more to say. If your unaware or the whole QR code scheme these Egyptian beaches are doing, but Mountain Beach is a prime example of it. You literally need to have some QR code on the app for every single place you enter AND leave. What kind of place makes you take out your phone, while your hands are all sandy and wet from the beach, and makes you scan ur QR code AGAIN to leave. Like isn’t once enough?? Like who are you guys trying to keep out? There’s much more, but moral of the story is, DON’T COME HERE IT’S TERRIBLE!!! المكان ده زفت خالص. في بلاوي كتير، بس هبدأ بأهم حاجة حرفياً في أي إجازة: السكن. باختصار كده، السكن قذر جداً. أول يومين، أنا وعيلتي قعدنا في فيلا على الطراز اليوناني العادي وكانت متبهدلة وبتتأكل. التكييف في أوضة من الأوض كان بايظ وسقف الصالة كان بينقّط مية. بعد كام ساعة، حاولنا نشغل الغسالة وتخيلوا إيه اللي حصل؟ بدأت تسرب مية هي كمان. ولما افتكرت إن الأمور مستحيل تسوء أكتر من كده، سقف الحمام الناشف وقع حرفياً وغطى كل أدوات النظافة والشامبوهات بتاعة عيلتي. وبعدين وإحنا نايمين، بودرة دهان السقف قعدت تقع على هدومنا وسرايرنا. أنا حرفياً مش بألف الكلام ده. لو كل ده مش كفاية إنه يقنعكم، فمش عارف إيه اللي ممكن يقنعكم، بس لسه عندي كلام تاني هقوله. لو ما تعرفوش حوار مصلحة الـ QR code اللي الشواطئ المصرية دي بتعمله، فقرية "ماونتن بيتش" مثال صارخ للموضوع ده. إنت حرفياً محتاج يكون معاك QR code على الأبليكيشن عشان تدخل أو تخرج من أي مكان حرفياً. إيه المكان اللي يخليك تطلع موبايلك، وإيدك كلها رمل ومبلولة من البحر، عشان تعمل سكان للـ QR code تاني وأنت خارج؟! هو مش مرة واحدة كفاية؟ هو إنتوا بتحاولوا تمنعوا مين من الدخول بالظبط؟ في بلاوي أكتر من كده بكثير، بس خلاصة الكلام: ما تجوش هنا.. المكان زبالة!!!
