Focus to Improve: Monona Coach tells you what matters the most and what to work on. The phases breakdown let you replay your motion along with important metrics. Detailed analysis let you view exactly where is lacking in each phase, the pro level analysis enables you to track the shooting trajectory and utilize scientific methods to improve your shots.

Practice Anywhere: Use Monona Coach indoors or outside. Make sure the basketball is visible across the shooting motion, the background is free of people and other basketball, and the camera is side view.
