User Reviews

Hotpot Go is widely enjoyed for its fun, addictive casual gameplay and relaxing vibe. However, players repeatedly report stability and monetization issues: frequent glitches and freezes, purchases not delivered or double-charged with poor support, intrusive ads, and audio problems that block background music. Overall the core game is appealing, but stability and payment problems detract from the experience.

Pros

Fun, engaging, and addictive casual gameplay.
Relaxing and good for killing time.
Solid core concept and gameplay loop.

Cons

Frequent glitches and freezes that disrupt progress.
In-app purchases can be charged without delivering rewards, including double charges.
Excessive or long ads interrupting gameplay (including minute-long ads and repeats).
Audio/background music is blocked or stops working during play.
Support can be slow or unresponsive when issues arise.

Love this game so much! But I’ve been stuck on one level for a while, because the game freezes. I have to start over every time.

If you have an ad blocker the game refuses to let you progress after a point I made it to level 112 not even a hard level been stuck there for months literally impossible
