The watch asks for Health access to create/manage workout sessions during active games. The app is not using HealthKit here for training analytics. It’s using workout sessions to maintain reliable watch execution during gameplay. The generated workout is discarded when game mode ends, so this flow is operational/runtime-oriented rather than workout history oriented.
