Getting access

To enable monitoring for your site, ask your installer or system owner to grant permission to your email in the Tersus Energy portal.

Requirements & notes

Energy-usage/consumption monitoring requires a supported Tersus Energy consumption meter (or equivalent CT integration) installed and configured.

Some features (e.g., device control, commissioning) require compatible Tersus Energy hardware/firmware. Availability varies by model and region.

Stable internet or cellular connectivity is required for remote access and live updates.
