Founder Mode is a focus and productivity app built for founders, makers, and entrepreneurs. It helps you block distractions, track deep work, and build momentum with goals, streaks, and challenges. Whether you are shipping an MVP, growing a startup, or building in public, Founder Mode keeps you accountable and shows your progress clearly.

Start Founder Mode to enter a distraction-free session. The app uses Screen Time controls to block selected apps while your session is active, so you can stay focused. Your live session timer updates every second and can be shown in Live Activities on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island (supported devices). When you end a session, your time is saved to your history automatically.

Set goals and keep them moving. Create goals, see due dates, mark them complete, and review progress over time. You can view total time and sessions across flexible periods like today, this week, this month, or all time. Streaks help you maintain consistency with a forgiving grace period that respects your daily threshold.

Join or create challenges to stay motivated. Start a template challenge in one tap or create your own with custom dates, public or private options, and targets. When you start a template challenge, a unique challenge is created for you and you’re automatically joined as the creator. Challenges show participants, progress, and creator names. Public challenges can be discovered by followers, while private challenges are just for you.

Earn badges for meaningful milestones. Badge criteria are clear and tied to real progress, like first goal completed or streak-based challenges. Locked badges appear in gray so you know what’s next, and you can jump straight into a related challenge from the badge detail to work toward it.

See your stats at a glance. The home screen highlights total time, streak, percentage of your day, and session count with a premium, clean design. You can filter stats by time period and quickly open your goals and challenges. The experience is designed to feel fast, focused, and polished.

Build your profile and connect. Add a username, avatar, and optional social links including X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. View public profiles, follow others, and see community challenges from the people you follow. Leaderboards and ranks surface who’s putting in the work.

Thoughtful notifications support your workflow. Enable reminders to start your session, track progress live, and wrap up on time. Live Activities keep your timer visible without opening the app. You are always in control and can adjust permissions in iOS Settings.

Privacy and control are built in. You choose which apps to block in Founder Mode. Your data is protected with secure backend policies. You can edit or delete your profile and content, and disable notifications or Screen Time access at any time.
