The “Site Survey” workspace guides you through each section of the survey checklist—customer info, additional details (initial clean requirements, key-holder instructions, current staffing), multiple designations, optional services, line-item costing and hand-written notes—without jumping back to a browser.

Capture photos, documents and attachments directly from the app, kick off maps for the job location, and save every change so it flows straight back into the Kleanflo.com system. Designed for your Apple devices, it keeps quotation surveys moving even when you’re out on the road.

Also included is conversation between other users, staff and customer in single or group mode. My to do list, showing all outstanding tasks from across the application.
