I just received this product. After much breath training research, I chose the Airofit Elite looking for a wholistic approach with ample feedback and logging. I’ve set up the device which was fairly smooth) and completed a lung test and 2 exercises in my first program. I already love the device. I can feel the work, and the app reports that my ability at a beginner program is fair to poor, which is what I was expecting. I purchased the device with the goal of improving my breathing generally, but also in hopes of strengthening the muscles that help to prevent acid reflux. I will report back after more use.
