Excellent respiratory muscle training program for me. As if my age was not enough, in the last six years: I have had Covid; a car hit me while I was biking breaking ribs and punctuating my right lung; I fell and broke my L1 and finally two months ago, I tripped and bruised my ribs. Airofit keeps me breathing well enough to walk a mile a day and train every day either with my trainer, professionally or by myself improving my balance. My sleeping has improved as well.

I’ve had two or three versions of the Airofit unit now. This is by far the best app and thoroughly enjoying it so far. Modern interface and much easier to use than previous app. Love the training programs! I’ve been an inconsistent user in the past but plan to be more consistent in the future. Not completely sure how the training has benefited me, but I have no doubt it improves my breathing when used regularly. Highly recommend giving this version a try if deep breathing is a problem for you or you’re looking for some incremental improvement in your performance.
