Katoomi brings NetSuite to your iPhone and iPad. One app with add-on modules for Tasks, Photos, Quotes, and Replenishment — enable only what your team needs.

Katoomi requires a Katoomi workspace connected to your NetSuite account. Your administrator provisions access; team members sign in with Google or a passwordless email code (or an optional authenticator app).

THE KATOOMI APP

Your workspace admin connects NetSuite once. Team members never enter a NetSuite password on their device. Invite colleagues, switch between companies, and open the modules enabled for your organization from a single home screen.

TASKS (ADD-ON)

Create NetSuite tasks from anywhere: • Voice-to-text for titles and descriptions • Camera, photo library, and file attachments (up to 5 files) • Priority, start date, due date, and assign by email • Task history with Pending, Processing, and Completed status • Submit from your phone; tasks flow into NetSuite through the Katoomi bundle

PHOTOS (ADD-ON)

Attach photos to NetSuite records in the field: • Take or choose photos, then attach to one record in a batch • Customer, Sales Order, Work Order, Invoice, Purchase Order, Item, and Employee • Barcode scan to find records quickly • Upload history with status tracking and retry • Admin-configured File Cabinet folders per record type

QUOTES (ADD-ON)

Build and submit NetSuite Estimates on mobile: • Create quotes with customer, location, project, and optional room • Add line items by name, SKU, UPC search, or barcode scan • Draft and submitted lists with status filters • Offline barcode queue — sync items when back online • Submit to NetSuite as an Estimate (role-permitted)

REPLENISHMENT (ADD-ON)

Inventory and reorder workflows for suppliers and their customers: • Inventory health dashboard — in stock, low, critical, out of stock • Receive and consume inventory with barcode scanning • Reorder suggestions, draft orders, and submit to NetSuite • Alerts, item detail, thresholds, and order history • Customer portal — invite external users to their own inventory dashboard
