I signed up for the trial and introductory rate. The emails that are sent are buried and not clear. I wasn’t able to use the app and never signed in because of it. It wasn’t until I received a renewal bill I raised a support case and explained and requested a refund. The support process was horrendous. Everyone kept denying and hiding behind terms and conditions during sign up. Not helpful or understanding. Really feels like a scam to be honest. Avoid the trial and this company and save yourself the aggravation and money. I’m out over $200 because of their hidden emails and details on the product and no one is helpful.

I downloaded it and paid for the plan and then they charged me without authorization and they didn’t give me back the money, they stole from me. I don’t recommend it because they’re going to take away your money
