Rent Space Homes

RentSpace helps people in Nigeria discover, inspect, rent, and buy homes or apartments easily and securely.

Users can browse verified property listings, view detailed information and photos, save their favourite homes, and request in-person inspections — all from within the app. Inspection payments and rent deposits are handled safely through Paystack.

Beyond renting, RentSpace also empowers users to save gradually toward owning a home and even buy shares of growing real estate projects, allowing everyone to invest in property ownership at their own pace.

Agents have a separate login to upload and manage property listings, while admin tools are available only through the web dashboard (not included in this iOS build).

RentSpace does not sell digital content or subscriptions — all payments are for real-world property services, such as inspections, rent deposits, and verified property investments.
