I shouldn’t actually be surprised that this app is complete trash. Every step is problematic and no customer service. I wouldn’t trust it.

I tried to add money into my wallet several times, but it doesn’t work after several attempts I contacted Support. They couldn’t help me. They just kept telling me to upgrade my account then I tried to upgrade my account using Passport. After paying two dollars for the identity verification, the app couldn’t allow me to upgrade my Level. I still couldn’t add money into my wallet. And they just made me pay two dollar for nothing. I ask someone to add the two dollars from another connect account. I do not recommend this app on this version and they need a better service support that communicates In both language well.
