LATEST REVIEW: I deleted the game. It’s so hard to progress and it’s so buggy and rigged, it’s completely unplayable! I’ll leave my original review for the heck of it, but honestly, this game STINKS! Do NOT download, you’ll thank me later! 😡 Fact… This game has the potential to be amazing. But there are SO many flaws and issues that drag this game down to where it’s nearly unplayable. Here’s just a few examples: 1) Descriptions of weapons are vague at best. The merging mechanics are clunky and it’s hard to know what’s going on in battle. 2) Game is too convoluted and needlessly cluttered and confusing just to be “challenging.” Battle is confusing… (why do I lose my sword after a while and can’t slice the health/weapons chests?? Where do I go and does it matter?). Needless to say, all of these things and more make you in for some VERY frustrating gameplay! 3) Almost impossible to level up because you always start over again with each battle after defeat. The gold coins you earned from the last battle disappear as well, so progress is pretty darn difficult! It IS possible, but only after grinding for ages… CONCLUSION: This app has the potential to be an amazing merge battle game. But the slow, grinding progress (I’m still on Chapter 1, level 2 after grinding for an hour), and clunky mechanics (gameplay) keep this game from being as great as it could be. Please update the game and fix these issues so I can change my review to the 5 stars it SHOULD be getting…

I’ve sifted through easily at least a hundred various games of the roguelike and tower defense game each in total and this has easily been one of the greatest I’ve come across. It’s been near perfect in what I’ve been looking for within this genre, from the smooth mechanics, cognitive challenge as you progress, “leveling up” equipment, and the cheerfully stylized visuals/graphics. It may also be the fact that getting to play a game on iOS without any ads for once, or any incentive to shortcut my way through the game, is so highly enjoyable for my brain personally. It actually takes skill and strategy to progress your way through each level, especially when you get stuck on a level and have to take a few losses to earn enough tokens to upgrade your equipment or HP. I sincerely hope this game earns the recognition it deserves. I do have a few requests however, those being: - improved description in the weapon panels, such as an estimate on damage output and attack speed, possibly reload speed for the long-ranged weapons. - scaling up earned purple tokens as you progress in levels. I’m currently stuck on chapter 3 level 2 and am still earning the same amount of tokens as I did from the start just about, so it’s requiring a great deal of grinding to hopefully increase my HP enough to take on the onslaught of enemies that bombard you on that level. I may have another trick up my sleeve for this one if that tactic fails, but I’ll leave it to other players to figure that one out on their own. - including more hero or ship upgrades regarding defense/shield, damage output, attack speed, so on and so forth. I also am not sure why this game requires your location to be tracked, among other questionable related factors. I normally wouldn’t ever consider downloading an app for exactly that reason, but decided to give this one a shot on a whim. Please consider disabling this feature as soon as possible for user privacy sake. Thank you for your work.
