Do not waste your time or create free content for this app. I requested a $73 payout on July 15th after completing campaigns in good faith. Since then, the app has repeatedly engaged in a bait-and-switch routine with my money.The expected arrival date constantly shifts further into the future—first pushing from August 7th, to August 18th, and now all the way to September 4th. When you try to contact customer support, you are trapped in a loop with an AI chatbot persona named "Michael" who pretends to be a real person. The bot gives scripted, contradictory excuses, claiming the payment is "queued" while simultaneously admitting it is stuck on a permanent system hold. They are harvesting free marketing labor from creators and then freezing accounts or pushing payout dates indefinitely when it’s time to cash out. I am reporting this app to Apple for payout fraud, as well as the FTC and BBB. Avoid at all costs!

I had a couple of payouts go smoothly a couple of months ago but ever since July hit, my payout has been postponed 3 times now. I initiated payout on July 2nd and now it’s saying I won’t get paid until September 4th. Waiting over 2 months+ to get paid is simply unacceptable. You need to supply a human customer support representative so that they can assist and make users feel valued. Right now, it doesn’t feel very worth it to use Relay unfortunately. It had such great potential too.
