I was looking for an app that accounts for motherhood demands of breastfeeding while trying to lose a SAFE amount of weight per week. This has been the holy grail in creating a custom caloric deficit while ensuring I hit each macro to ensure my milk supply doesn’t drop and I still have energy. I also like how it has you log your water because that’s just as important in milk production. It’s really cool how they give you notes when you open the app throughout the day like focus on protein & drink some water. At the end of the day I can see my grade with hitting protein, calories, water, and milk input all taken into account of how well you did that day.

I’ve really been enjoying this app, it has allowed me to start being thoughtful with my eating as I continue my breastfeeding journey. However I would like it to be more functional. I was over my calorie limit and it told me to “log some activity” - yet there is no space to log that. If there was I feel like the app would be much more cohesive and user friendly
