Note that Apple Pay is located in the checkout section of the app when you go to pay for the order.

We have had previous apps be rejected due to collecting information after the user signs in with apple. Below is the response we provided explaining the reasons for extra collection of data.

"The primary function of the app is the online ordering of food and drink. A user's contact information (name, email and phone number) is required for an order to be placed. This is common practice across all online ordering software as a user needs to be able to be contacted if needed, and record kept of who ordered what. The private relay email address is used and the user is not asked for their personal email address. We also implement 2fa to verify that a user's mobile phone number is indeed their own. This is to prevent the misuse of deals and promotions in the app, as we can associate a promotion's claim against a single phone number that has been confirmed with 2fa. This prevents malicious intent of users simply creating multiple accounts repeatedly for repeated use of a promotion/discount. We believe that our use of data collection is appropriate, and that this should not result in an app rejection."
