C&S Credit Request

Submit claims faster and easier with the C&S credit request tool! You can submit a request for credit for multiple items. When you start a claim, enter an invoice #, select a reason code and take or attach a photo in real-time. Claims are reviewed by C&S Customer Service just like submissions through the desktop portal.

You will be able to monitor the progress of each claim, and see feedback if additional information is needed.
