Volition is an app to help disabled people have self-determination and be the Decision Makers in their own lives.

Decision Makers connect with their Circle of Support to collaborate in decision making and care with confidence.

Decision Makers can:

• capture what matters to them and how they want to receive support
• use words, pictures, videos or audio to tell their story
• invite people and agencies they trust to join their Circle of Support
• share important information through Volition and stop repeating themselves over and over again

Supporters can:

• connect with the Decision Makers they support
• learn about them directly from them
• contribute their own insights and observations
• manage Volition on behalf of disabled Decision Makers who may not be able to do this for themselves

Agencies can:

• receive genuine client voice and feedback in real time
• plan and deliver person-directed services
• integrate their own systems with Volition to access data and insights across a service
