I’ve been reading the Monitor for most of my adult life. It’s the most balanced and informative news source around and I’m delighted to now have a handy app on my phone for listening or reading wherever I am. Powerful stories that don’t pull any punches, but without the sensationalism that so many media are promoting. The Monitor reporters always leave me with a sense of hope that truth will be the victor!

Clean format, clean content. This is a big upgrade from getting news from social media platforms, no overwhelm of doom. Easy access to podcasts and more. A great way to get the latest news.

This app is a great news source. It’s easy to navigate, and has up-to-date news coverage that includes US and international news. The reporting strives to be unbiased, offering a variety of perspectives on news topics. The only issue I have is that there’s no “back” button; to exit an article, you have to press “home,” which takes you back to the list of articles, at the article you exited from — so at least you’re where you left the list, but it’s a bit counterintuitive.
