Heads up: you'll need an account with your organisation. The PARAMOS App complements the PARAMOS Command Centre, providing a live link between the back office and field teams. PARAMOS is provided to you by the company you work for. Users cannot create accounts independently through this app.

Open any job to view the full address, W3W, contact details, access notes, job summary, and work categories. ∙ Get there faster. Turn-by-turn navigation straight to the job, with nearby parking options, prices and walking times. ∙ Update progress as you go. Start travel, mark your arrival, pause and complete jobs with a tap. ∙ Capture and view media. Add verified before-and-after photos and videos, and view media others have attached to the job. ∙ Record outcomes. Log the result of every visit and close out the job properly on site. ∙ Check service history. Pull up the service history and audit trail for a property or asset before you start, so you arrive informed. ∙ Manage your van stock. See what's in your van, log usage and keep inventory up to date, so you're never caught short of parts. ∙ Order and process materials. Built for the field No paper job sheets, no trips to the office to submit forms, and no re-entering the same job across multiple apps. PARAMOS ensures that you, your office, and the entire supply chain stay connected, enabling seamless end-to-end workflow so you can focus on the job at hand.

A note on location and battery PARAMOS uses your location to guide you to jobs and confirm on-site visits. Keep in mind, running GPS in the background can drain your battery faster.

Support Questions about your account or a specific job? Speak to your organisation's administrator. To sign in, your organisation needs a PARAMOS account, and your administrator will set you up with a login. If you haven't been invited yet, just ask your office team to add you. You can't create an account on your own from this app.
