The Room Fitness Experience

The Room fitness experience app allows you to monitor your training performance in real time at The Room clubs. Together with our trainers and thanks to our workouts, the app will help you achieve your goals and targets faster.

Thanks to the Color Training system, you will see your heart rate zones in clearly distinct colors, allowing you to stay in the ideal intensity zone during each session.

Key features:

Real-time feedback and motivation. During and after each workout, the app provides immediate analysis of your performance and recovery, with clear suggestions for avoiding over-training, improving consistency, and staying motivated.

Live workout tracking: accurately record your sessions, monitor your heart rate, calories burned, intensity zones, and more. Book classes and manage activities directly from the app, staying in touch with clubs.

The Room leader-boards and challenges: challenge other club members, earn points, climb the leader-board, and unlock badges to show your progress.

Integration with Apple Watch, Garmin devices, and synchronization with Apple Health. The The Room Fitness Experience app is available for Apple Watch (watchOS 8.7 or greater). The The Room Fitness Experience app receives heart rate data through Apple Health when using the Apple Watch.

Notes: Features require connection to a The Room Fitness Experience Club. Health-related features (such as sleep, HRV, and stress) require a Garmin device compatible with physiological monitoring.
