Normally works great. On a DIY as soon as you have your own template it only takes 3 seconds instead of what there apps promise of 60 seconds. Useless app, unless they fix it! I wasted 5 magic prompts. Will I be reimbursed???

When attempting to make a purchase for more magic my request completed but I did not receive the magic. Still stuck at 0. Hopefully this can be corrected but support seems difficult to reach.
