I have had a lot of MOONDROP headphone products over the years, and just this week bought the Wuthering Wave collaboration open-ear headphones to try out the app. The headphones themselves are perfect; the app however needs a lot of work which to their credit they are updating it, but still feel the need to write a review hoping that the team can use some helpful feedback. 1. The overall lag going between menus 2. Not being able to see if my case and headphones are actively charging 3. Having to constantly search for my headphones when I open the app 4. Not knowing if the DSP I downloaded is actually applying to my headphones That's kinda it the 3 stars is because it works and they are updating it just so I see the effort, but still sucks I have to go to Reddit to find work arounds :/
