Remelio - Relationship Manager

To be perfectly honest, I built Remelio because I was tired of feeling like a bad friend and a clumsy professional. It was born from my own struggles with something we all face: trying to maintain meaningful connections in a world that’s always moving at a hundred miles an hour.

I was dealing with three properly awkward pain points: The "Name Blank": You know that sinking feeling when you bump into someone you know you've met, you make eye contact, and your brain just completely draws a blank on their name? I hated that. It made what should have been a warm and friendly moment feel incredibly awkward. The Slow Fade: My contacts list was full of hundreds of people I genuinely cared about—old university mates, former colleagues, mentors who'd helped me out. But those relationships were fading, not from a lack of care, but from a lack of attention. The thought, "I really must give them a call soon," never turned into action. The Detail Deficit: I realised the real magic of a strong relationship is in the details—remembering their child's name, that big project they were working on, their partner's birthday. This crucial info was scattered across text messages, random notes, and my own unreliable memory.

I looked at those "super-connectors" and community leaders and wondered what their secret was. It turns out, it's not a superpower; it's a system. They are intentional. They take notes. They set reminders.

But when I looked for a tool, all I found were complex, corporate CRMs built for sales teams. They felt cold, transactional, and completely over the top for managing personal and professional relationships.

That’s why I built Remelio.

I wanted to create a simple, elegant tool that acts as a second brain for your relationships. It’s a personal CRM designed for people, not sales pipelines. It’s for anyone who believes that genuine connections are the foundation of a happy life and a successful career but needs a little help to be more intentional.

Remelio isn’t about "managing" contacts; it's about nurturing connections. I built it for myself, and I hope it helps you as much as it's helped me.
