How subscription and trial work • HS VPN is a paid app that requires a subscription for continued access. A free trial is available for new users so you can evaluate the service before payment. • Subscription billing is handled through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel subscriptions any time in your Apple ID account settings. • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew and your Apple ID will be charged. Privacy and security

HS VPN uses industry-standard encryption to protect traffic in transit. We limit logs to what’s required to provide and troubleshoot service; detailed information is available in our Privacy Policy. Data collection disclosure

What user information is collected using VPN? • Transient connection metadata only (kept in memory while the session is active): client public IP as seen by the VPN endpoint (needed to establish the tunnel), the assigned VPN endpoint IP for the session, and minimal session state required for routing. • We do NOT collect or store: the contents of user traffic, visited URLs, DNS queries, payload data, or any application-level browsing history.

For what purposes is this information collected? • Tunnel establishment & routing: the transient client IP and assigned VPN IP are used only to create and maintain the VPN tunnel for the active session. • Live session operation: in-memory session state is used only while the connection is active to route packets and maintain the tunnel. • No long-term analytics or logging: we do not persist connection metadata for analytics, troubleshooting, billing, or abuse prevention.

Will the data be shared with any third parties? • No. Because the app does not store VPN connection data, there is nothing persisted or shared with third parties. Any minimal connection information required for the live tunnel exists only in memory on the VPN endpoint while the session is active and is immediately discarded when the session ends. • No traffic contents, DNS queries, or visited URLs are ever shared with third parties.
