Recent reviews

For two consecutive days, I have been attempting to connect my Ecobee thermostats to the internet without any success. I am unable to establish a connection to the Ecobee servers. I genuinely believe that the technicians lack the necessary expertise in this area. One technician even informed me that the questions I was asking could have been easily found on Google. This situation is highly concerning and should not be taken lightly.

Random devices log on to my internet despite a complicated pw. There’s no option on the app to change the pw so they even make it difficult to protect yourself after a new device has breached your service.
