I had a very frustrating experience with MyCNBox and would not recommend them based on what I went through. The biggest issue is the shipping costs. I was shocked to find out that I had to pay two separate shipping-related fees, which made the total much more expensive than I originally expected. The pricing isn’t as straightforward as it should be, and it feels like you’re constantly being charged for something else. Customer service was another major disappointment. Responses took far too long, and when I finally did hear back, the answers were vague and didn’t really address my concerns. When you’re paying a company to handle your packages, you expect quick communication and helpful support, especially when there are questions about fees or shipping. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience at all. The overall process was stressful and confusing. Instead of feeling confident that my package was being handled properly, I spent most of my time waiting for replies and trying to understand why I kept having to pay additional charges. A shipping forwarder should make international shipping easier, not more complicated. I understand that some fees may be necessary, but they should be explained clearly from the beginning so customers know exactly what they’re paying for. Better communication and faster customer service would make a huge difference. Based on my experience, I won’t be using MyCNBox again. If you’re considering them, make sure you fully understand every fee you’ll be responsible for before sending anything to their warehouse. There are other forwarding services that are more transparent and responsive. I hope MyCNBox improves its pricing transparency and customer support because, as things stand, I can’t recommend their service.
