Roxi provides so many program options to meet your schedule availability, skill level and more. I’ve followed other sport athlete type programming but it just doesn’t prep your body for the demands of jiu jitsu. Roxi’s program integrates strength and mobility in combined movement to make the most of your time in the gym. She’s readily available for any questions you may have and always providing new add on programs, tips and tricks. Her program is the best fit to complement your jiu jitsu training. Highly recommend! Even with 2 days a week commitment you can see a huge improvement!

Roxi is the real deal! I’ve been working with her for over 2 years, and her app makes it so easy for me to get to the gym and do my independent workouts. I love not being bound by workout class times. The instructional videos are clear, and I like that I can refer back to my reps and dumbbell and barbell weight in previous weeks so I know that I’m progressing consistently. If you’re looking to work with a fitness app that will get you results, Ready to Roll is it!

I’ve been using this app 12 weeks now with Roxi and it has been the best coaching ever! The programs are easy to follow/organize and so many options! Definitely need to be committed in order to see real results. Use the 1-1 weekly feedback for best results!
