SeeSeen

SeeSeen is a location-based community app that helps you discover and share what is happening around you through an interactive map.

Explore nearby posts, browse other areas, and connect with useful information tied to real places. Create posts with text or supported media, choose an audience, add a Community Tag, and decide whether to include a location.

Key features:

• Location-based discovery Browse posts and Information Stations on the map or in a list, and explore updates from nearby places or other areas.

• Map announcements and nearby updates Open eligible announcement items to move directly to the related map location. Refresh nearby results and continue loading posts or followed-creator histories as you browse.

• Personal and Community Tags Add optional Personal Tags to describe your interests. Join or create Community Tags to organize discussions and share posts with everyone, followers, yourself, or eligible community members.

• Replies and locations Reply directly to comments and receive notifications when conversations continue. Replies can include a place, address, intersection, current location, or map-selected location.

• Spread useful public posts Repost eligible public content to a selected map location while keeping it connected to the original post. Availability follows the original post’s visibility and the author’s settings.

• Information Stations Create persistent, structured map information points for places, topics, events, shops, warnings, websites, YouTube sources, and other useful local information. Stations may allow public updates when enabled by their creator.

• Flexible posting experience Use the composer to add content, choose an audience or Community Tag, preview your post, and publish with or without a location. Optional publishing animations can be selected or turned off.

• Community incident reporting Use the Emergency Incident Post option to share community-generated incident information with text or voice-to-text, location, and photos. This feature is not an emergency dispatch service, does not contact police, fire departments, ambulances, or emergency numbers, and cannot guarantee assistance. For urgent help, contact local emergency services directly.

Safety and moderation: SeeSeen includes tools for reporting user-generated content and blocking users. Posts, comments, profiles, communities, Information Stations, and public updates are subject to the app’s community rules and moderation.

Location, camera, microphone, and speech recognition are used only for features the user chooses and require the applicable iOS permission. Keyboard input remains available without voice permission.
