App Review Notes 21D App – Full-Mouth Dental Implant Education & Support

The 21D app is an educational and informational tool that helps users understand the full-mouth dental implant process. On the landing page, users can access general educational content, including expert-led videos, interactive guides, and 3D dental animations on the splash screen, which demonstrate jaw structures and implant placements. All educational content is available without signing in.

Interactive Educational Flow:

• Users can access any video step freely; the previous step-by-step unlock functionality has been removed.

• Users can like or dislike videos to provide feedback and personalise their learning experience.

Optional Features (Require Sign-In with Apple or Google or FaceBook or Phone Number):

• Users can request a free clinical assessment.

• After requesting an assessment, users gain access to a personalised treatment journey (“My Journey”), which tracks their surgery process and related appointments (consultations, procedures, follow-ups) it is just a status update of the process.

• Users can use the Live Support Chat to ask general questions related to implants and oral health. The chat does not provide medical or treatment advice. Chat requires sign-in, and all messages are deleted when the user deletes their account.

• Users can view account details, access the Privacy Policy, and delete their account at any time.

Video Analytics & Privacy:

• Video analytics are collected only for performance.

• No personally identifiable information (e.g., name, email) is collected in video analytics.

• Analytics are anonymous, using an auto-generated user ID.

• Finance calculator.

Key Notes for Review:

• Educational content is available immediately to all users; requesting an assessment or using live chat is optional and requires Apple ID sign-in.

• Users may explore educational content without signing in or requesting an assessment.

• Chat messages are deleted when the user deletes their account.
