See your current career level, the next level, the criteria for advancement, and the date of your upcoming assessment. Access the training resources assigned for your role, including videos, PDFs, audio, and other learning materials that help you prepare for what comes next.

Stay informed through company notices and notifications about newly assigned training content, level updates, and group chat activity. You can also view upcoming performance review dates and use the assigned resources to prepare.

IRite NOW Employee App makes it easier to manage important employment documents. Complete required documents with digital signing, review documents you have already signed, and see which documents still require your attention. You can add license expiry dates and receive reminders before renewal deadlines.
