FleetFlow is a complete compliance platform made up of two parts: • FleetFlow Mobile App (for drivers) • FleetFlow Web Platform (for operators & administrators)

Together, they deliver a full Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and heavy vehicle compliance (NHVAS & WA HVA) solution for transport operators in Australia.

With the FleetFlow driver app, drivers can quickly capture full audit-compliant records, even when offline. Drivers can: • Scan and upload work diary pages for fatigue compliance checks. • Complete Pre-Start Checks, Fit-for-Duty Declarations, Incident Reports, PODs, and more. • Raise fault reports with photos, GPS location, and notes, then track repairs. • Enter mass declarations, capture weighbridge dockets, and record timestamps and locations. • Perform Load & Dimension checks with photos for verification. • Add supporting media via gallery, camera, or document scanner. • Work seamlessly out of signal range with automatic upload when reconnected. • Switch between light and dark mode for comfortable day and night use.

The FleetFlow web platform gives operators complete oversight and control of compliance and CoR activities across their business. Administrators can: • Monitor fatigue, mass, and maintenance compliance in real time. • Manage driver details, licences, medicals, and accreditation status. • Schedule maintenance and track full service history. • Manage incidents and faults with automated follow-up reminders. • Conduct internal reviews and instantly export audit-ready evidence. • Set role-based access for drivers, schedulers, workshop staff, and compliance officers.

FleetFlow is designed for use by transport operators of all sizes. To get started with this app, your organisation must first have a FleetFlow web portal account. Once set up, drivers will receive an invite from their administrator to log in.
