⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced with an app. I had an issue where my purchase was accidentally deleted, and Jax emailed me back within minutes—even though I reached out around 8 PM. He had to escalate it, but still had everything fixed within hours and even asked how I was enjoying the app and if I had suggestions. Truly above and beyond. The tutorials are AMAZING. I love that they start at beginner level and build up. I’ve danced my whole life but never had access to ballroom training, so finally learning ballroom through this app has been such a joy. Even better—my 10-year-old autistic son does the tutorials with me (he’s an Ezra superfan!), so it’s become something we enjoy together as a family. As a single mom, I love that this gives him instruction beyond just “mom teaching.” Dancing with the Stars is my Super Bowl, and this app brings that joy into our home. Please keep the tutorials coming—and tell Witney this app is bringing families together through dance! 💃🖤
