Straight forward, set up my account in seconds, was able to pick up some books from sellers that disappeared off Whatnot, been told they are cracking down on sellers and censoring everything. Love the app keep it up, appreciate the deals!

I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Icona. I have contacted support multiple times requesting assistance, yet I have received little to no response. My main issue is that I want to delete my account, but the app literally will not allow me to do so. Users should have the ability to manage and delete their own accounts without jumping through hoops or being ignored by customer support. The fact that I have repeatedly reached out for help and still cannot delete my account is unacceptable. If there is a technical issue preventing account deletion, it should be fixed immediately. If support is available, they should actually respond to customer requests. At this point, I feel trapped in an account I no longer want, with no clear way to remove my information. Please address this issue and help me delete my account.

Joined this app well over two weeks ago and says waiting for approval. Messaged the admin about approval and zero response. Nothing. If you’re going to run an app run it.
