WeGoTogether® includes

Tracking: Log your dose, schedule check in reminders, and track when you take your medication.
See your progress: Charts help you visualize where you started and where you are each week.
Content that supports you, including how to take your medicine, staying on top of refills, handling tricky social situations, building positive habits, and more.

Users of the previous WeGoTogether® portal will need to create a new account in the app to get started. Passwords and data from the web portal will not transfer to the new app, but users can manually import historical data.

Users report ongoing onboarding and reliability problems including sign-up and login failures, expired codes, and data migration hurdles from web to app. The experience is further diminished by support gaps and UI instability. However, coaching features (notably group coaching) and the educational content about medications are praised and provide value for motivated Wegovy users.

Sign-up/login and verification issues (codes expiring, account creation failures) occur across multiple reviews.
Data migration/import problems between the web and the app; accounts do not transfer or require creating a new account.
Poor customer support with slow responses or ineffective assistance.
App stability/UI glitches (freezes, invalid pages, oversized/display issues).
Coaching sessions often don't connect or work as intended (Zoom issues, no two-way interaction).

A month of trying to sign up and still unable to. Customer service is a joke. Not sure it’s legit, seems like a scam to get your personal info, sine it kicks you out AFTER you enter all your info but before it completes the Sign Up.

App lets me download but it doesn’t let me create a new account. Every time I get to the part where I enter the code that is texted to me, it says that the code has expired. IMMEDIATELY AFTER I GET IT!!!! I always loved the website but this app is awful.

Have been trying to create an account for months and I get an error every time I enter the 6 digit code to authenticate the account. I called the support number listed in the app and the representative had no idea and said she submitted a ticket. I’ve never received a response and have continued to delete and reinstall the app with no luck each time.
