Приобрел иин, сим карту выпустили но qr код не приходит на почту, пытался 4 раза отправить новый. Безрезультатно. В приложении зависает на этапе установки. Что делать ?

I signed up for the eresidency in March 2026 and paid the $499 per year. It worked OK for a couple of months until they blocked the eSim because they lowered the price to $100 per year. After going and back forth with support they reactivated my eSim. Freedom Bank KZ locked fully one of my bank accounts and the eSim does not work to receive OTP notification. A full bank account with some money lost due to them blocking the eSim. Do not recommend. Now I will need to travel to KZ to unblock my account
