Cuneiform Edit Pro

A cuneiform keyboard with a companion app for settings. Supports both Akkadian language and Sumerian language. The companion app can also be used as a simple text editor.

To use this app, you’ll first need to configure the keyboard settings. Once you’ve installed the app, open it and follow the on-screen instructions.

We’ve revamped the UI and features from our previous app, Cuneiform Edit, making it even easier to use. The keyboard can be used independently of the main app (settings app) and works with other apps as well. Upgrade to the paid version via in-app purchase to access all of the app’s features.

Below are the main features of this app.

Custom Keyboard: This app includes a custom cuneiform keyboard. To use the cuneiform keyboard, please follow the instructions displayed after launching the app to set it up. Instructions for configuring the keyboard are also provided on the “How to use” screen within the app.

User Dictionary Feature: We have added a new user dictionary feature. Users can register characters or words they want to convert. While the full range of features is available in the paid version, you can try it out in the free version as well.

Text Editor Font Size Adjustment Feature: The included text editor allows you to freely adjust the font size. You can view complex cuneiform characters in large font.

Exporting and Importing to the iOS Files App (Paid Feature): With the paid version, you can export documents edited in this text editor to the iOS Files app, and import text from the Files app into this text editor. This feature enables indirect integration with third-party apps that use the Files app, such as online storage services.
