The app is great, but the print is too small and the light blue letters don’t contrast sufficiently with the background, which makes it tiring for my eyes. Please enlarge the font and increase the contrast (bright white letters instead of light blue).

BrainHealth MD has really helped me make my brain health more of a priority. It gently reminds me to do the things I usually forget to slow down for like meditating, practicing gratitude, taking a walk, winding down at night, or even just stopping to take a few deep breaths. The sleep tracking has also kept me more accountable and aware of how my habits affect how I feel the next day. The articles included in the app are helpful too. They explain the real science behind why these small habits matter, which makes it easier to stay consistent. It’s simple, grounding, and has become a tool that makes me feel better every day.
