Frequent crashes, freezes, and startup problems (app often locks up or won’t load beyond the splash screen).
Audio/video playback issues, including no sound or inconsistent audio on videos (and sound sometimes only via earbuds).
Navigation and article-loading problems: taps/opening stories often lead to the wrong story or the main page.
Heavy advertising and perceived bias or editorial slant affecting content quality.
Notification reliability concerns: too many alerts, irrelevant/confirmatory prompts, or alerts not matching the stories in-app.

This is a very good app, with exceptional reporting & stories. I monitor the app often to keep up with events and weather because I have family in San Antonio & Boerne.
