Tai Chi Bubble Tea App

I’ve loved the Taichi app for years and used it about every other week with zero issues. Unfortunately this past month I was forced over to the new app (this one) and ordering has been a nightmare! I’m stuck in loading loops and you can no longer make an account with an email, forced to input your card. After restarting the app multiple times, I finally got my card info saved and made it to the checkout window. Or so I thought. At this moment I am stuck in a perpetual loading loop in the checkout window and I cannot order. I have had time to write an entire review and the checkout screen still hasn’t loaded. (Exited app multiple times) Please stop trying to fix what isnt broken. The old app worked beautifully.

While they can be busy being so popular, their mobile system makes ordering a breeze and the rewards are a nice bonus. 9 out of 10 times they’ll get my order perfect, and that 1 out of 10th time it’s a tad off, they always fix it without hesitation so I don’t sweat it with this place.
