TLDR: I had played, won, and redeemed successfully twice in the past via website. I had a lesser VIP tier that gave me a monthly bonus. My 3rd redeem was denied and I was banned. MY REVIEW: Gold Treasure Casino: took the wind out of my sweepstakes sails. THE WHOLE STORY: I encountered issues with the website in 2025 which prevented me from purchasing or playing in SC mode, support was unable to resolve this issue as the weeks and months passed. Then I received an automated ban (presumably due to inactivity) which support lifted. But I still couldn’t play the SC I had collected. Then March 19, 2026, I received an email that Gold Treasure Casino had released an app. So I downloaded the app and to my surprise the app functioned properly. I was so happy. I played, I won, I went to redeem and realized my saved ~40SC I started with had a large play through attached. (I’ve never been good with play through, but that’s probably the entire point of implementing on bonus SC vs 1x on GC purchase obtained) so I began playing to bust, with intentions of purchasing if my play through requirement would zero out, but, as luck would have it, I landed another bonus, my largest win to date, and I was able to meet the play through requirement and requested my 960sc redeem on March 19, 2026, reference number: Ref Number: 9dd99f52-ca31-4dab-8445-d58d530faa3a and redeem id 6dc6c828- 2c28-42bf-b303-caee3051cc35. I patiently waited for my redeem to process, I didn’t message support for a status update or anything because everything was operating smoothly via the app, I expected this redeem to take time. Then on March 29, 2026 I received this email: “We wanted to inform you that your account has been deactivated due to: - Violation of terms and conditions As per our terms and conditions, you are not allowed to be active on our platform.” After my redeem was denied and my account banned, I gathered all my support team emails/evidence and sent an email to support in hopes this was just another automated system decision made in error and perhaps I would still receive my redeem or at minimum regain access to my newly functioning account via app. Instead I received AI Bot reply thanking me for the review with instructions to collect my reward for review from the Quests page. Then on May 31, 2026 a friend sent me their email that said: “Gold Treasure Casino will be temporarily shutting down operations while we take time to evaluate and plan the next chapter of the platform.” So I wanted to get my review in before the app vanishes. Gold Treasure Casino is awesome unless you cant play in sc mode and support spends weeks and months allegedly trying to resolve the problem to no avail. But it’s the absolute worst once they deny your redemption and ban you for life after the app allowed your account to function properly. And it’s gut wrenching to be denied and banned from what you considered a legit platform after having successfully redeemed twice previously, and referred fellow players.
