Odollet

Odollet is a private logbook for motorcyclists. Record GPS-tracked rides, log fuel and expenses, schedule service reminders, and keep every kilometer organized all on your iPhone or iPad. No accounts, no ads, no tracking.

Reminders, and notifications are all opt-in.

Garage

• Manage multiple motorcycles and switch between them in a tap.
• Each bike carries make, model, year, hero photo, VIN, plate, purchase info, and renewal dates.
• Built-in catalog of 580+ makes and 6,400+ models, with custom entries supported.

Log Entries

• Track wash, oil change, inspection, refuel, insurance, ride, and any custom type you define.
• Capture date, mileage, cost, notes, photos, and scanned receipts on the spot.
• Refuel entries feed an average-consumption report.

GPS Ride Tracking

• Tap once to record a ride. Distance, speed, route, and elevation are captured automatically.
• Lock Screen Live Activity shows distance, time, and speed while you ride.
• Recording continues with the screen off or while you switch apps.
• Crash recovery restores unfinished sessions on next launch.
• Each ride opens on a full-screen interactive map.

Recap Videos and Posters

• Generate a cinematic recap video of any ride with selectable map styles and playback speeds.
• Save the video directly to Photos.
• Export a 9:16 ride poster with the route, stats, and your motorcycle.

Reports and History

• Monthly cards for distance and spending; yearly charts compare trends.
• Service History shows maintenance entries for any bike, exportable as a PDF.
• Motorcycle Profile PDF summarizes a single bike on one page.
• Switch between kilometers and miles; pick the currency you use.

Service Reminders

• Mileage-based or date-based reminders per motorcycle.
• Insurance and registration expiries create their own reminders automatically.
• Optional Apple Calendar sync.
• Gentle nudges if you haven't logged a wash, oil change, or ride in a while.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

• Sync motorcycles, entries, photos, reminders, and rides across Apple devices.
• Runs through your private iCloud database; the developer has no access.
• Off by default. One-tap "Erase iCloud Data" wipes the cloud copy without touching local data.

Backup and Restore

• Export everything as JSON to Files, iCloud Drive, or any destination.
• Import a previous backup to restore on a new device. Import replaces all current data.

Siri, Shortcuts, and Widgets

• "Hey Siri, log a refuel in Odollet." Ask for current mileage, or build automations in Shortcuts.
• Home Screen widget shows the active motorcycle, current mileage, and month-to-date expenses.

Privacy

• No accounts, no sign-up, no external servers operated by the developer.
• No analytics, no advertising, no third-party tracking SDKs.
• All records, including GPS tracks, stay on the device unless iCloud Sync is on.
• Location is only used while a ride is recording. Every cloud feature is opt-in.
• Light, dark, and system appearance.
