InforceMate

InforceMate is a professional parking enforcement solution designed for municipalities, city councils, parking authorities, and private parking management organizations. It helps authorized enforcement personnel manage parking enforcement activities through a secure, mobile, and data-driven workflow.

Target Audience

InforceMate is not intended for general public use. It is specifically designed for:

• Municipal parking enforcement officers
• City councils and local government agencies
• Private parking operators
• Authorized third-party parking enforcement contractors

Enterprise Access and Login

InforceMate is a Business/Enterprise application. Users cannot create or register for an account themselves.

User accounts are created and managed by the customer's tenant/organization administrator. Only users who have been authorized and provisioned by an organization can access the application.

The application uses Microsoft Entra ID (Microsoft organizational authentication) for sign-in and restricts access to authorized customer Microsoft Entra tenants. Personal or arbitrary Microsoft accounts cannot be used to access the application.

Microsoft authentication is therefore used to access an existing organization-managed Enterprise/Business account rather than to create a personal account. Sign in with Apple or other public consumer login options are not applicable to this organization-managed access model.

Account Management

User access and account management are controlled by the customer's tenant/organization administrator. End users do not have a self-service account registration or account creation process within InforceMate.

Third-Party and Law Enforcement Partnerships

InforceMate is developed for use by authorized parking enforcement personnel. However, the application is not formally partnered with or exclusively affiliated with any law enforcement agency, police organization, or other third-party government organization.

Customers independently manage their organization's users and access to the application.

SOS Feature

The SOS feature is an internal organizational safety feature for authorized enforcement personnel. When triggered, it shares the user's location with other authorized enforcement personnel through push notifications and in-app notifications.

The SOS feature does not contact public emergency services and does not transmit the user's location to public emergency services or unauthorized third parties.

InforceMate provides authorized parking enforcement organizations with a secure and efficient mobile platform for managing parking enforcement activities, improving operational accuracy, supporting officer safety, and gaining actionable insights from enforcement data.
