The official app of the BLOOP International Proactive Art Festival SARDINIA transforms the city into an open-air and digital museum. A new way of experiencing art, technology, and culture. More than just a festival, BLOOP combines contemporary art and cutting-edge technologies to reinvent urban spaces, celebrate the cultural heritage of Sardinian cities, and connect people through creativity.

Recognized for its monumental murals and immersive installations, BLOOP expands its mission on the island with innovative digital projects that turn the city into an urban canvas. AUGMENTED REALITY (AR)

More than a guide: an interactive tool that turns every walk into an adventure. With real-time geolocation, AR overlays, 3D animations, videos, and artworks that come to life on your screen.

INTERACTIVE MAP Use the GPS map to explore urban installations. With AR overlays and enriched digital content, you’ll discover stories and 3D animations.

WELLNESS & MOVEMENT

A sustainable and innovative feature: the app encourages you to move and exercise along the route, turning your walk into a multisensory experience of creativity, well-being, and awareness.

COMMUNITY & ART HUNT

Join an urban art scavenger hunt: photograph and collect artworks, share your discoveries, and complete the digital album. Occasionally, participants may receive a special BLOOP NFT as a symbolic keepsake of the experience.

WHAT IS BLOOP

Discover the origins of the festival, its 15 years of history transforming urban spaces and cultural landscapes, and the more than one hundred international artists who have taken part in the initiative.

With the BLOOP FESTIVAL SARDINIA App, exploring art means exploring the city itself: immersive, inclusive, and alive all year round.

The project is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) – Mission 4 Education and Research, Component 2 “From Research to Business,” Investment 1.5 – Creation and strengthening of innovation ecosystems. It is funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, with the support of the Ministry of University and Research (MUR) and the Italian government’s Italia Domani program, in collaboration with the University of Sassari and the Sardinia Innovation Ecosystem (e.INS).
